Well I thougth that as well but think.

If you apply enough pressure to a vulerable part [the joint] with precision and accuracy, then an a shoulder could be dislocated.

However Edward's arm is automail: meaning mechanical. and it can be taken off and on. so that makes the join a bit weaker.]

which panel? if you are talking about panel two: well.... they aren't doing anything. she's just kicking him. its nothing sexual (though it looks like it I am sorry to admit).
